...After all the positive things I'd read, I chose nicole's for a special birthday lunch during a day of shopping. Given the chef's reputation I ordered wild salmon, expecting that it would be excellent. The fish was tasteless, dry, and overcooked-- and nearly $30 if I recall. It's hard to ruin salmon but they managed just that. I'd gladly take PCB-loaded farm-raised salmon instead. Really disappointing. |
